The first ever FuckUp Night took place in Mexico City in September 2012 and spread to many cities and countries all over the world. The concept came as the result of a chat amongst five friends who were convinced that they had to rid failure of its negative connotations: it's normal to fail every once in a while, no one ever succeeds all the time.
